Sai Naman, Always Blessed

About us

We build dreams, not just architecture.

A building is drawings, concrete and a completion date. A home is the place someone pictured themselves in before it existed. Sai Naman Group is run by engineers who treat the second as the job, and the first as the means.

Sai Naman Group builds homes in Pune. The group is led by engineers and handles its projects end to end, from design and planning through engineering, contracting, procurement and quality control to the day a family collects its keys. Keeping that chain in one pair of hands is what lets the group answer for timelines, for costs and for the quality of what gets handed over.

The work sits in the east of the city. At Suburbia Estate in Lonikand, four towers of 1, 2 and 3 BHK homes stand around a landscaped court, and Urban Crest beside them is a gated community of bungalows and row houses on tree-lined streets. At ARP Valora in Keshav Nagar, Mundhwa, three towers of 2 RHK homes rise above a podium with a club, a pool and courts. Every one of them has a temple inside the gates or a short walk from them, which is not a small thing in a city where the day often starts at one.

What goes into those projects is decided long before anyone moves in. Rooftop solar carries the shared services. Treatment plants on site have the capacity to clean and return around half a million litres a day, so that flushing does not draw on drinking water, with a second set of pipes laid through the building to carry it. Raw water sits in wells on our own land, the municipal corporation supplies the projects in ample volume, and more is held underground for the months when the taps are unreliable. Close to 2,000 trees have already gone into the ground across the sites. Almost none of it is visible from the street, and all of it changes what a month in these homes costs and feels like.

The group is based in Pune, at Viman Nagar, and works with architects, landscape designers and structural consultants on each project rather than treating design as something to be bought in at the end.

What we hold to

  • Finish what is started

A project is judged by what is handed over, not by what was announced. That is the only measure the group accepts.

  • Engineers in charge

The people running the sites are the people who understand what is being built, which is why quality is checked at every stage rather than at the end.

  • Built for the long life of the place

Shade, water, power and open ground are designed for how a home will work decades from now, not for how it photographs at launch.

  • Say what is true

What is finished is called finished, and what is still under construction is called that. Families make the biggest decision of their lives on these answers.

The Engineers' dedication to deliver

Two engineers, each with more than twenty years of building behind them, who still measure the work the same way: by the life that happens inside it afterwards.

AM Singh, Founder and CEO of Sai Naman Group

AM Singh

Founder and CEO

An engineer with more than 20 years in construction and project development, for government bodies and private clients. He judges a project by the life lived in it years after handover, not by how it looked on launch day.

AM Singh has spent more than two decades in engineering and project development, delivering construction projects for government bodies and private clients. His work has centred on running complex projects: holding them to strict quality standards, keeping them efficient, and bringing in new construction technology where it improves the result.

He built Sai Naman Group on the same approach, so that design, engineering, procurement and quality control stay under one roof and the group answers for the whole of what it delivers.

Areas of focus

  • Complex project delivery
  • Quality standards from drawing to handover
  • New construction technology
  • Government and private sector projects
Ankita Singh, Founder-Partner of Sai Naman Group

Ankita Singh

Founder-Partner

An engineer with more than 20 years of experience, whose work centres on running projects that finish well: sound engineering, sustainable construction and teams that pull in the same direction.

Ankita Singh has more than two decades of experience in engineering and construction, with a record of driving projects to a successful finish. Her work focuses on innovative engineering solutions and strategic project management, applied to the ordinary daily business of keeping a large site moving.

She leads teams across the group's projects, fostering the collaboration and operational discipline that decide whether a promised date is met, and she pushes for sustainable construction practices as a matter of how buildings should be made rather than as an addition to them.
