Who we are

Sai Naman Group (“we”, “us”) is a real estate developer based in Pune, Maharashtra. For the personal data described here, we are the Data Fiduciary. Our office address is S.No. 206/3, Turning Point NX, Unit 2, Plot 17, Rosary School Lane, behind Phoenix Marketcity, Clover Park, Viman Nagar, Pune 411014.

What we collect

We collect only what you send us, plus a small amount of technical data needed to run the site safely.

• Enquiry details you type: your name, mobile number, the project you are interested in, and, if you choose to add them, your email address, preferred call time and a message.
• Technical data with an enquiry: a one-way scrambled version of your IP address (used only to stop repeated automated submissions), your browser’s user-agent string, and the page you sent the enquiry from. We do not store your raw IP address with the enquiry.
• Website analytics: only if you accept analytics cookies. See our cookie policy.

We do not ask for financial information on this website, and no payment is ever taken here. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Why we use it, and on what basis

• To answer your enquiry: to call, message or email you about homes, site visits, pricing and availability. We do this on the basis of the consent you give when you tick the box on the form.
• To keep the site working and secure: to prevent spam and abuse of the enquiry form. This is a legitimate use necessary to provide the service you asked for.
• To understand which pages are useful: only with your consent to analytics cookies.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.

Who we share it with

• Our sales team, who contact you about your enquiry.
• Service providers who run this website for us, acting on our instructions: our web host, our database provider, and the service that emails your enquiry to our team.
• Channel partners or brokers only where you have asked us to put you in touch with one.
• Authorities, where the law requires it, including under real estate regulations.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we are in contact with you about a home, and for up to three years after our last contact, so we can answer questions about what was discussed. After that we delete them, or keep only anonymous counts that cannot identify you. If you ask us to erase your data sooner, we do so unless the law requires us to keep it.

How we protect it

Enquiries are sent over an encrypted connection and stored in a database that is closed to public access: only our server can write to it, using a secret key that is never sent to your browser. Access is limited to the people who need it to answer your enquiry.

Your rights

Under the DPDP Act you may ask us to:

• tell you what personal data of yours we hold and who we have shared it with;
• correct or complete anything that is wrong or out of date;
• erase your data when we no longer need it for the purpose you gave it for;
• withdraw your consent at any time, which stops us contacting you further;
• nominate someone to exercise these rights for you if you die or become incapacitated.

Withdrawing consent does not affect anything we did lawfully before you withdrew it. To make a request, use the contact details below. We may ask you to confirm the mobile number you enquired with, so we give your data to the right person.

If we change how we use your data, we will update this page and the date at the top. Please check it from time to time.
