Sai Naman, Always Blessed

Here, every line transforms into a landmark

A home is a promise to the family who will live in it, and we build ours to keep that promise. Parks to grow up beside, rooftop solar, water used twice, and days planned around the people who will spend them here.

About us

“We build dreams, not just architecture.”

A building is drawings, concrete and a completion date. A home is the place someone pictured themselves in before it existed. Sai Naman Group is run by engineers who treat the second as the job, and who would rather be judged on the homes families are living in than on anything announced at a launch.

  • Finish what is started
  • Engineers in charge
  • Built for the long life of the place
  • Say what is true

A day at home, from morning to night.

These are the hours we plan for: the first cup of the day in the quiet, the lunch that runs long, the shade that makes an afternoon worth sitting out, the walk at golden hour, the night nobody wants to end. Get these right and a house begins to feel like a home.

For Our Society

Transforming society together.

What we build has to be good for the families inside the gates and for the city outside them: cleaner power, water used twice, water held back for the months when the taps run dry, and close to 2,000 trees already in the ground.

  • Rooftop solar

Panels on our roofs power the shared spaces, which lowers maintenance bills and eases daytime demand on the grid.

  • Water recycled for flushing

Our treatment plants can clean and return around half a million litres a day, so toilets flush with recycled water instead of drinking water.

  • Water held in reserve

Wells on our own land, a municipal supply that arrives in good volume and large tanks below ground: three reasons the taps keep running through cuts and dry months.

  • Trees, planted early

Close to 2,000 trees already stand across our projects, put in to shade the places people actually walk.

Questions

The things people ask us first.

Where in Pune does Sai Naman Group build?
In the east of the city. Suburbia Estate and Urban Crest are at Lonikand, on the Wagholi Annexe side of Pune–Nagar Road, and ARP Valora is at Keshav Nagar, Mundhwa. The group's office is at Viman Nagar, Pune.
What kinds of homes are available?
1, 2 and 3 BHK flats in the four towers at Suburbia Estate Phase 1; private bungalows, twin bungalows and row houses in the gated community at Urban Crest; and 2 RHK homes in the three towers at ARP Valora.
What does 2 RHK mean?
Two rooms, a hall and a kitchen. It is a compact plan: the two rooms are bedrooms, the hall is the living and dining space, and the kitchen is separate. ARP Valora at Keshav Nagar is built as 2 RHK homes.
Are the projects RERA registered?
Suburbia Estate Phase 1 is registered with MahaRERA as P52100002391, and ARP Valora's towers carry their own registration numbers, shown on the project's page. Ask us for the current registration of any project before you pay anything, and check it yourself on the MahaRERA website.
Is the water in these societies recycled?
Yes, for flushing. Each project has its own sewage treatment plant, with capacity to clean and return around half a million litres a day, and a second set of pipes carries that water to the flush tanks so drinking water is not used for flushing. Raw water is also held in wells on site, alongside the municipal supply, and more is stored in tanks underground for the dry months.
What is built in for lower maintenance bills?
Rooftop solar carries the shared services — lifts, corridor and street lighting, water pumps and clubhouse equipment — so the society buys fewer units from the grid, and that is what common-area maintenance charges pay for. Recycled water for flushing and stored water for the dry months cut the tanker bills too.
Is there a temple near the projects?
Yes. Every Sai Naman project has a temple inside its gates or a short walk from them: a temple in the landscaped garden at Suburbia Estate, a Jain temple with a Bhakt Nivas at Urban Crest, and a temple in the immediate vicinity of ARP Valora.
How many trees have been planted?
Close to 2,000 across the group's projects so far, planted early so they have years of growth behind them before families move in.
How do I book a site visit?
Send an enquiry through this website with your name, mobile number and the project you are interested in. The sales team calls back, usually within one working day, and arranges the visit. No payment is ever taken on this website.
How far is Suburbia Estate from the airport and the IT parks?
Pune International Airport is about 17 km away and Amar Tech Park about 10 km, with JSPM College at 6.8 km and Wagheshwar Temple at Wagholi 8.6 km. Lonikand sits on Pune–Nagar Road, which is the main corridor into the city from the east.
